Hi, I’m Reda 👋
I was born in Lithuania and moved to Australia chasing growth, challenge, and a more heart-led life. Yoga found me during university - at first, just a free class in the student gym. But over time, it became something deeper. A way to come back to myself when everything felt overwhelming.
I studied psychology, then mathematics, worked in tech, and taught kids math for years. But it wasn’t until life pushed me out of my comfort zone - through heartbreak, job loss, and starting over in a new country - that I fully understood what yoga was offering me: freedom, creativity, and connection.
I trained as a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India, living in an ashram and learning to move, breathe, and teach from the inside out. Now I offer classes in Sydney, mostly in the park, because nature reminds us how to be present, soft, and real. No mirrors, no perfection - just movement and breath under the sky.
My classes are all-levels, beginner-friendly, and grounded in mindfulness. Some students come for the movement, others for the calm. We stay for coffee after class.
I believe yoga belongs in everyday life - on the grass, in community, in our ordinary clothes and messy mornings. Come as you are and let's practice being a better human together.
