About Red Morning Yoga

Welcome, and nice to meet you! 👋

I am Reda, organiser and teacher of Red Morning Yoga. I organise outdoor yoga classes + chats around Sydney.

This idea came to me about 2 years ago when I just moved to Sydney and was looking for affordable good quality yoga classes, and...
... friends.

Before I left Lithuania, I had family dinners, friends dropping by unannounced, and a dog who made sure I got outside every day. Life was full. I felt connected to people, nature, and my routine.

Moving to Sydney changed all of that. I found myself missing the basics: community, conversation, a reason to get out of the house that wasn’t just work or errands.

I realised something simple:
👉 I feel best when I’m connected - to my body, my breath, and other people.

That's why I started organizing outdoor yoga classes with an optional chat in a local cafe. It's a win-win-win situation:
🧘‍♀️ Students get affordable, good-quality yoga classes, a connection to other people, and the convenience of having a discount for breakfast/coffee.
🌿 The cafe gets extra foot traffic during quiet hours.
❤️ And I get to grow a community of people who value all-rounded health and want to start their day right.

Red Morning Yoga VISION 🔭

As a starting yoga teacher in Sydney (I got my Yoga teacher certification in February 2025), I found it very hard to join a studio, as most of them ask for 10 years of experience OR are too fitness-oriented. The goal of Yoga that I believe in is: Stillness of the Mind (fitness is just a nice side effect).
I want to make teaching yoga available to other new yoga teachers and set our yoga+chats events all around Australia and the world, so wherever you travel, you can find an RMY community and start your day with intention and connection.

"The quality of the lesson combined with dogs running around and dropping a ball for you to throw is an amazing experience. I have tension in my shoulders from sitting down all day, and doing sports like judo and boxing just makes it tighter. Adding this yoga session to my routine helps and adds balance to all the exercises I do. Reda also comes around and identifies areas to improve, helping me stretch more, or hold a straighter and stronger pose. The lessons also guide your breathing.
