About me

Hi, I’m Reda 👋

I was born in Lithuania and moved to Australia chasing growth, challenge, and a more heart-led life. Yoga found me during university - at first, just a free class in the student gym. But over time, it became something deeper. A way to come back to myself when everything felt overwhelming.

I studied psychology, then mathematics, worked in tech, and taught kids math for years. But it wasn’t until life pushed me out of my comfort zone - through heartbreak, job loss, and starting over in a new country - that I fully understood what yoga was offering me: freedom, creativity, and connection.

I trained as a yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India, living in an ashram and learning to move, breathe, and teach from the inside out. Now I offer classes in Sydney, mostly in the park, because nature reminds us how to be present, soft, and real. No mirrors, no perfection - just movement and breath under the sky.

My classes are all-levels, beginner-friendly, and grounded in mindfulness. Some students come for the movement, others for the calm. We stay for coffee after class.

I believe yoga belongs in everyday life - on the grass, in community, in our ordinary clothes and messy mornings. Come as you are and let's practice being a better human together.

"I’ve been attending the Monday classes with Reda for a while now, and I just want to say how grateful I am for the experience she creates each week. Reda is such a kind and gentle teacher. She has a great way of guiding us through the poses with clear, easy to follow instructions that make the practice feel really natural. Her calm energy always helps me feel both relaxed and recharged by the end of class 😌 She also makes the practice accessible for everyone – no pressure, just encouragement to move in a way that feels right for your body. Thank you, Reda! Always excited for Monday classes with you!"

"The quality of the lesson combined with dogs running around and dropping a ball for you to throw is an amazing experience. I have tension in my shoulders from sitting down all day, and doing sports like judo and boxing just makes it tighter. Adding this yoga session to my routine helps and adds balance to all the exercises I do. Reda also comes around and identifies areas to improve, helping me stretch more, or hold a straighter and stronger pose. The lessons also guide your breathing. I have also learnt so many new ways to stretch. I recommend these yoga sessions!"

"I went to the 8.30am class this morning and it was wonderful. Reda is a gentle, confident and supportive teacher. The space is so serene and it’s worlds away from the overwhelm you can experience in a fast pace studio setting. Highly recommend."
